If you want the full story of my photographic history, you can click here. For the short version (recommended) I'd stay here if I were you.
- I'm a late-fifties, disabled (MS) Cornishman, definitely with ADHD, possibly Autistic.
- I am currently an occasional photographic hobbyist, after a long career in the photographic gubbins-selling trade, including a spell with the now deceased camera manufacturer Minolta during their (unsuccessful) transition to the new digital age.
- My photographic enthusiasm levels fluctuate wildly, so there won't be anything like any regularity in my posting here.
- My intention is for there to be a minimum of words here normally, but I can get carried away explaining things sometimes.
- I don't tend to post all the gear and tech details for pictures (you don't get brushes used and paint colour names on paintings), but for this page I'll mention the gear specifically;
- I use a Sony A7R 111, an A6000, and a selection of Sony and Sigma lenses, of which the main one used is a Sony 24-70 f2.8 GM.
- I use some ND64 filters for ICM shooting.
- I shoot in RAW format and process using Adobe LightRoom, although I am trying to get to grips with Darktable on Linux to hopefully swap at some stage. - You can often find me at https://beige.party/@brumph on the Fediverse. I don't bother with any other socials.
